What sources can it scrape?

Any public URL you give it. RSS, news sites, blogs, GitHub release pages. It respects robots.txt and rate-limits per host.

Will it summarise paywalled content?

Only the part it can legally see. Stratam will note 'paywalled' and link the source so you can open in your subscription.

Can it brief on Twitter / X?

Yes via the X public-API integration on Builder tier. Operator tier can scrape public profile pages without the API.
