Inbox use case
An AI assistant that runs your inbox for you.
You don't get paid to read email. Stratam reads it for you -- categorises every message, drafts the routine replies, and surfaces only the messages that actually need your attention.
What Stratam does capabilities
- Runs a triage pass every morning -- categorise, rank, draft.
- Drafts replies for the routine 60-80% of mail in your voice.
- Sends a 3-line summary to your phone or Discord at the time you wake up.
- Auto-archives marketing + receipts you've never opened.
- Flags follow-ups you owed but forgot.

Worth your attention (drafted, not sent):
1. Sarah @ Acme -- wants to expand to 3 seats. Draft: yes + 10% expansion discount.
2. Reuters reporter -- asking about fundraise. Draft: polite decline.
Routine (12, sitting in Drafts): SaaS renewals + meeting confirmations.
Archive candidates (15): newsletters + recruiter spam.
Send routine, archive trash, leave the 2 flagged?
FAQ common questions
Does it read every email or just unread?
Just unread by default. You can tell it to re-scan older threads if you want.
What about labels?
It respects your existing Gmail labels and can auto-apply new ones (e.g. 'auto-drafted').
Privacy?
Gmail OAuth tokens are Fernet-encrypted at rest. Stratam reads on-demand only; we don't index your mail server-side. Revoke any time in /settings.
Can my assistant share my inbox view?
Yes -- give them an Operator-tier seat in your org and they can see the same triage results.
