Trust & safety use case

Content moderation that scales without a moderator headcount.

User-generated content gets messy at scale. Stratam reads every new post against your community rules, removes the obvious violations, queues the gray-area calls for your team, and learns from every decision.

FAQ common questions

What kinds of platforms can it moderate?

Discord directly. Anything else via webhook -- send Stratam the post via HTTP, get back {decision, reason, confidence}. Works with Circle, Slack, custom forums.

How do I define the rules?

Plain English in /settings -> Moderation. 'Remove anything that's a phishing link, off-topic for #general, or contains personal info.' Stratam parses + applies.

What about appeals?

Every removed post triggers a DM to the user with the reason + a link to appeal. Appeals go to your moderation team's review channel.

Is this safe for a serious community?

Yes -- you control the auto-remove threshold and the escalation policy. The defaults err on the side of escalation, not auto-removal.
